Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard) & Wire transfers.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where sold in New Zealand.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We will ship outside New Zealand. We can take orders for almost anywhere in the world! Please see our Terms and Conditions for shipping cost information.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
A: Purchased items will be shipped within 3 working days of the order. Orders within New Zealand should be received by customer within 7 working days.
International shipments are shipped using NZ Post International Courier and generally take 6-14 working days after your payment has been confirmed
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: All returns must be sent within 10 days from which shipment is received.
All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@vicnz.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed) with the printed receipts when returned. VIC is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Due to our fast shipping process, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please email sales@vicnz.com with your request. If the order has already been processed, you will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.
