Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vicnz.com
Please do not return any items before we have responded to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Discounted items or Items purchased with special offer discount codes can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. Shipping is non-refundable and returns are the customer's responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@vicnz.com within 14 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed) with the printed receipts when returned.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from the pickup point or delivery address within the courier’s holding period, we are unable to provide a refund. We can, however, resend the order (with shipping costs charged again) or provide store credit for the value of the products (excluding original shipping costs).
