Terms of Use

Please carefully read the following Terms of Use before using the vicnz.com website. By using our site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Agreement").

Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), but exclusive of delivery costs.
  • We accept payment via:
    • Credit card (MasterCard & VISA)
    • Direct bank deposits (New Zealand customers only)

Availability

  • While availability may be indicated, we cannot guarantee immediate delivery of all products.
  • If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly. If no suitable replacement is found, a refund will be issued.

Colours

  • We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to individual monitor settings.

Online Process

  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon order confirmation.

Return & Exchange

Full-price purchases:

  • Eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Discounted items or items with special offer codes:

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Conditions:

  • All returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Contact info@vicnz.com within 2 days for any issues with merchandise.
  • Please wait for our response before sending any items back.

Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition (with tags, unworn, unwashed) and include the printed receipt.
  • VIC is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees.
  • Items are the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

Privacy & Security

  • VIC collects customer information solely to process orders efficiently. All data is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Important: Never email us your credit card information.

Shipping Information

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3 working days.
  • New Zealand Orders: Delivery within 7 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery via NZ Post International Courier within 6–14 working days after payment confirmation.
  • VIC is not responsible for customs or duty charges on international shipments.

  • $6.95 via NZ Post Courier
  • Free shipping for orders over $100

Australia:

  • $29.95 via NZ Post International Courier
  • Free shipping for orders over $200

Rest of the World:

  • $49.95 via NZ Post International Courier
  • Free shipping for orders over $500
